Senator Rand Paul Discusses His Filibuster in the Senate and Immigration Reform
Senator Rand Paul talks with America's Radio News about his filibuster in the U.S. Senate as well as the Immigration issue that has been making news.
When asked what ended his filibuster, Sen. Rand Paul said, "Nature called collect". Sen. Paul also says he wants to put teeth into the Immigration Bill by requiring border security.
“I will speak until I can no longer speak,” Paul said during his filibuster. “I will speak as long as it takes, until the alarm is sounded from coast to coast that our Constitution is important, that your rights to trial by jury are precious, that no American should be killed by a drone on American soil without first being charged with a crime, without first being found to be guilty by a court.”
